Choose life and blessings, so clear and bright,
Turn hearts to the Lord, walk in His light.
He sets before you, good or bad,
Life or death—be glad or sad—
And call on His name with all your might.

A blessing will flow from above,
When hearts turn to serve with true love,
The word’s near at hand,
In your mouth and your land,
Guiding your steps from the Lord’s gentle shove.

In the land where the harvests abound,
With firstfruits of joy, we are found.
We give thanks for the grace,
And remember the place,
Where our blessings and history are bound.

In a land where the promise is bright,
With blessings that shine day and night,
Hold fast to the way,
Let love guide your stay,
And cherish the truth in your sight.

In a land where the faithful reside,
With commands that they cherish with pride,
Teach your children each day,
Let the truth light the way,
And in hearts let His words be the guide.

Listen closely to what I say
And follow it without delay
Teach it to your sons
So they’ll know what’s done
And never let it fade away

On the Sabbath we must all rest,
For it’s a day that God has blessed.
No work shall be done,
For everyone,
To honor and keep it as best.
