John 10.11-18
A shepherd of sheep, Jesus did tend
And in them, himself, He did blend
He was the gatekeeper
Who of life was the keeper
And with His own life, He did defend -
John 15.12-17
A vine, a branch, a gardener too,
This trinity of love so true
The branch must stay in union
For joy and fruit to come in season
No greater love than this can do. -

The Lord spoke of a mansion on high
Where we can go if we try
He said that He’d go
And prepare a place to show
Where His peace will never die -

A Shepherd does lead his flock
To bring them to green pastures
He opens the gate for them
To keep them safe from disasters
His sheep, they know his voice,
It’s him they must obey
For He is their true guide
On the right path they will stay -

On Easter morn a sight was seen
Jesus rose up from death’s keen
His disciples were filled with joy
As the Lord their hearts did buoy
For Jesus had risen to ascend -
John 20.1-18
On Easter morn, the tomb was bare
Mary Magdalene was in despair
But then she heard
A voice that stirred
“It’s me, don’t be scared!”
